My name is Wes Walker and I have a Tax Preparation Service. As you may know we are required to electronically file tax returns in California. Here I am on Sunday, April 16 and my DSL server fails. SBC puts in a repair order, they can't help until Tuesday, April 18--too late. Monday I install a wi-fi card and try to find a signal in the neighborhood which I do, but from there on its downhill. The more I try things the worse it gets. Utterly frustrated I call John for help. No problem he says. He makes a late evening office call and within minutes I am back up and running.
Without John's quick response and his in depth knowledge to get my computer system back up and running I would have had some "p----ed off clients" not to mention the late filing fees I would have incurred.
